Great for show and cutflower. $4.00 WINE FROST (Orchid) Striking combination of dark red and white, very nice. $4.50 BEAUTY OF THE VELDT-Tall growing plant with bloom stems 30-40” tall, topped with ¾” diameter white flowers with black centers. As each flower withers, it is replaced by a fresh floret from bud. This way each bloom stem remains fresh for 10-14 days. Leaves are long and 2-1/2”-4” wide similar to an amaryllis leaf. Very attractive and easy to grow. Plant with the top of the bulb just below the soil. Likes moist well drained soil. Florists love it. Jumbo bulbs 3-4” (weight almost a pound) $2.50 plus shipping.
